s'news

heh.

Okay, so I'll be heading back out to the big sky in Saskatchewan in January to re-record our EP. The stuff we got from Alabama, I think it's just too old. The songs were too new at the time, and they feel wrong. Corey did a wonderful job, and who knows, maybe we can put them on the EP as one very long secret track.

Although it wouldn't really be secret anymore.

Mark and me will record in a church this time. Anybody know were we can get a Universal Audio 6176 out there? It's a beautiful tube pre-amp, and we want it and the place we got it last time no longer has it.

We'll play a couple of shows, too - one in Saskatoon and one in Harris for the farmers/townspeople/real feudal ladies club.

Been practising a lot with the Shelby Lamb Band, and that stuff is sounding wonderful. Can't wait for our show on Saturday.

Yeah. A couple of shows coming up at the end of December, and I'd like to spend the early part of December finishing up the writing for the next album. Is that realistic? I don't have a job, so maybe... ;)
